Comunidad de Colores sees fundraising first and foremost as a responsibility to the community we serve. To fully commit to our mission and be accountable to the needs of our patients, we seek funding sources whose values align with our organization’s guiding principles. We also recognize that it is a privilege to request resources. We strive to provide services whose quality and value warrant the generosity of our donors.

  • Please send us a message via the “contact” page and we will send you our mailing address. Once we receive your check, we will mail you a tax donation letter. If you prefer the tax donation letter via email, or if you’d like to be on our email list, please provider your email address on the check.

  • We would love to work with you. Please send us a message via our “contact” form with any thoughts for collaboration. We can also provide a list of suggestions for collaboration.

  • We would love to connect! Please send us a message via our “contact” page. We can provide our case for support and further information about 1, 3, and 5 year plan.

  • We welcome assistance with fundraising and community outreach at any time, and in-clinic services when we are operational. Please send us a message via the “contact” page.

  • You can contribute to our clinic at no extra cost to you by linking your Smith’s card to our organization.
